Zach grew up along Lake Michigan and as a docent, is thrilled to share his knowledge of this magical area. An avid outdoorsman, he hunts, fishes, hikes, and is keenly attuned to our natural environment. A father, husband, active member of the community, and a Coast Guard veteran, Zach has travelled extensively, having been to 49 states and having lived on three islands in two of the states. Friends and family know him to be a smiling, waving, loud-laughing person who loves to help others and is always game for adventure.
