Celebrate the seasonal shift, Leelanau, and all who call it home, with our annual Earth Week celebration.
Every year the Leelanau Conservancy hosts Earth Week, a series of fun, free events that we hope you’ll join us for. We have hikes, volunteer opportunities, social events and an end of the week concert at Tandem Ciders to wrap it all up! Join us for some or all of the week’s events April 17-23 to give back, have fun, and find your Leelanau adventure.
Monday 4/17: Earth Week Kickoff

Tuesday 4/18, 4:30pm: Palmer Woods Trail Crew Kickoff
Join the Palmer Woods Trail Crew for their first event of the season! Learn about our regular mountain bike trail maintenance work & how we keep these trails safe for riding all season long. Stick around for some camaraderie & refreshments. Sign up here.
Wednesday 4/19 : 35 Miles for 35 Years Trail Challenge

Thursday 4/20, 3pm: Spring Trail Prep/Habitat Restoration Workbee
We’ll be spreading wood chips and doing general trail maintenance. All tools will be provided. Sign up here.
Friday 4/21, Time TBA: Guided Hike at 45 North Winery
Join Conservancy and 45 North Staffers on a hike at the protected winery. 45 North forever protected their winery with a private conservation easement (CE). Come for the hike, stay for wine and cheese. 5% of sales will be donated to the Conservancy.
Saturday 4/22 : Docent Guided Hike, details TBA

Sunday 4/23, 3pm: Earth Week Celebration Concert with Jack Pine at Tandem Ciders
