Rebecca is a senior finance executive with a proven track record in leading finance, accounting, and human resource functions across public, private, and private equity-backed companies.
Rebecca has held CFO and senior leadership roles in a variety of industries, where she successfully led financial turnarounds, improved gross margins and operating income, managed complex transactions, and built high-performing teams. Her experience includes guiding organizations through private equity investment, acquisitions, and ERP implementations, while also advancing internal capabilities in areas such as succession planning, operational efficiencies,strategic planning processes, and employee benefits.
Rebecca earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, majoring in Finance with minors in Accounting and Business Administration. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM), Treasurer of the Traverse Area Human Resource Association, and a member of 100 Women Who Care – Grand Traverse/Leelanau Counties.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys time with her husband, two adult children, and two lovable golden retrievers. She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and exploring Northern Michigan.
