Pam and her husband Leon, retired law professors, first visited the Leelanau Peninsula in 1994. Like so many others, they immediately fell in love with the beauty and majesty of the area and purchased a second home. They spent all their summers in Glen Arbor until their retirement in 2015 when they happily became full-time residents. Wanting to support the important work of the Conservancy, they became members of the Sustainers Circle. Pam is also a member of the Stewardship Committee.
Pam has held a number of leadership positions in legal education, including the accreditation of law schools through her work with the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. Since her retirement, her volunteer and service activities include the Glen Arbor Planning Commission and the Glen Arbor Art Center Board of Directors.
