Kathy joined our staff in December, 2016. She is a certified public accountant who brings a wealth of experience as a former finance director and chief financial officer in the corporate world, as well as having been board treasurer of two nonprofit organizations.
Kathy has deep roots in the area. Her mother graduated from Leland and her grandparents once owned the Harbor House in Leland. She has been coming to Leelanau County her whole life and has a number of family members in the area. She and her husband, John permanently relocated to our area in spring, 2015. She is currently volunteering in the Leland School’s mentoring program.
