Spring, are you there? Hike at Chippewa Run Natural Area

Come alongside docents as we search for spring at Chippewa Run. This trail system is gentle and rolling – with mixed habitats of a bubbling stream, old apple orchard, pine forest and open fields. Time permitting, we will cross the road to explore Beaver Pond trail. This hike is planned to be leisurely with several stops, utilizing all our senses to seek out the changing season. Please dress accordingly for the weather. Chippewa Run is known for bird migration – binoculars may prove helpful.
