What’s special about Swanson Preserve? On this hike’s we’ll “Look Again” and take a winter walk to find out, looking closely at vegetation along the route, thinking about winter aesthetics, and talking about the importance of protecting watershed.
This is an easy walk, but conditions can vary. Waterproof boots are a must! Snowshoes or yak tracks might be necessary if conditions warrant. Led by Docents Karin Jacobson, Sharon Oriel and Karl Hausler.
