Kehl Lake Natural Area has old trees, an old lake and lots of local history—it just might be the perfect place for a pre-Thanksgiving hike. Docents will guide you along one of the flattest trails around through an Old-Growth Forest. We will be kicking up leaves and smelling the rich earth on a quiet trail to the platform over the leg of the lake. Dress for the weather; it’s November.
