The Leelanau Conservancy is a 501 (c) 3 organization founded in 1988. We place a high value on transparency and honoring donor intent. Below, please find detailed information about how we operate and apply your donations to support our mission.
Privacy Policy
The Leelanau Conservancy does not sell or share its mailing list and does not gather information on behalf of other organizations or individuals. The Conservancy will provide donors with the opportunity to indicate how they would like their name to be recognized in the annual report. Requests to remain anonymous will be honored.
Conservancy staff and volunteers will abide by the Fundraising Guidelines established in the Land Trust Alliance Standards and Practices Guidebook and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Code of Ethical Principles and Standards of Professional Practice. The license is not an endorsement by the State.
