Birds & Wildflowers Walk at Kehl Lake Natural Area – Sunday, April 19 at 2:00 pm
Join docents Ann McInnis and Ed Ketterer as we explore the Kehl Lake Natural Area in search of spring wildflowers and migrating birds. This is a particularly rich time of year on this property with a wide variety of habitats. Kehl Lake Natural Area is host to a rich assortment of wildflowers and offers a stop-over for migrating birds that seek forest, wetland, and lake habitat. Bring binoculars and a field lens, if you have them. We’ll be focusing our attention both upwards and downwards during this hike!
Please note: Dogs on a leash are welcome at our natural areas, BUT not on docent lead hikes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
