Join us for a leisurely saunter along an old two-track in search of the rare monkey flower, which is endemic to Michigan. We will observe other flora and fauna as well, then leave the trail to walk through the woods to an active bubbling spring, which feeds groundwater to Hatlem Creek and eventually Glen Lake. It can be a bit squishy along the track, so we suggest wearing waterproof footwear or boots and bringing hiking poles.
