Calling young hikers (ages 5-8) and their family to join the Leelanau Conservancy for a fun hands-on afternoon at DeYoung Natural Area!
Together we will chat about the changing season and how it may look to our local woodland creatures. We will go on a short hike, have story time, a leaf rubbing craft, and leaf identification.
Please bring along a blanket for your family to sit upon, any of your favorite drinks/snacks, and weather appropriate clothing. And if you have a favorite woodland creature stuffie, bring them along, too!
Parents, please park at the farmhouse lot.
